2265-Jan-2014Malham/Airton, Yorkshire DalesThirteen and a dog met in Malham for a 10:30am start (Sunday) for a classic eight mile walk taking in Janet’s Foss, Weets Top, Calton, Airton and Hanlith led by Paul Ireland
2271-Feb-2014SlaidburnSixteen walkers, two dogs on a wintery day that ranged from sun to snow. Excellent views from Standridge Hill and excellent soup and sanwiches in the Hark to Bounty afterwards. Organised by John Wainwright and dedicated to Chris Bell.
2288-Mar-2014West Pennine Moors, White Coppice, Goyt valleyTwenty four walkers and one yellow labrador met at Crook Fields Road car-park (SD665191) for a 10 mile walk, led by Alan, over Great Hill to White Coppice and through the Goyt and back over Whithnell moor to Roddlesworth woods.

23231-May-2014Lune valley, Caton and AughtonStarting at Crook O'Lune car park, Caton this excellent seven and a half mile walk followed the area north of the River Lune to Aughton. Fourteen walkers and Sam the dog's first outing enjoyed early summer sunshine and were ably lead by John Wainwright.
23327-Sep-2014Dalton CragsAn Eight mile ramble over varied terrain in the north of our area passing the farmland of Dalton old Hall Farm, woodland near Coat Green, and open limestone moorland of Dalton and Hutton Roof Crags. Fine weather and wonderful views. Start Dalton Crags car park and picnic area, GR: SD552761. Seven walkers including leader Alan Walkden and one dog.
