2162-Feb-2013SawleyA circuit of the villages of Sawley, Downham and Chatburn. Organised by John Wainwright standing in for Stuart, who also enjoyed this eight mile walk. Thirty one walkers and seven dogs on a clear blue sky frosty day did a variation on our November 2011 walk.
2179-Mar-2013Haslingden GraneA trip to the south of our region for a change. Organised by Graham Harwood. Thirteen walkers, three dogs and a bit of sleet for our tour of the Grane. A varied walk with moorland, woods, quarries and reservoirs. Poor Max was tired and had to go home early, but at least he wasn't stripped of his coat.

Sixteen made the walk with three dogs on a dull Sunday before Christmas and enjoyed following Pendle water and the Leeds Liverpool Canal and shelter in Clarion House for lunch. Leader comrade Harwood.
